Metropolitan Fashion Week will showcase a groundbreaking fashion show inspired by "Forbidden Tango," featuring over 10 international designers who transform music, composers, genres, and iconic lyrics into couture. Each piece captures the rhythm, emotion, and harmony of its musical muse.

Featuring:

  • Designer Eruvey Tapia: Experience the mystique of tango as Tapia presents “Forbidden Tango,” a couture collection blending dramatic fabrics with passion and elegance.
  • The Legace Collection: The first-ever Metropolitan Fashion Line of Tuxedos, created in collaboration with Giavanni Testi, setting a new standard in men’s formal wear.
  • Timeless: A special segment featuring timeless couture gowns by Celebrity Designer Douglas Tapia and couture hats by Arturo Rios.

Hosted by: KESQ News Anchor and five-time Emmy winner Peter Daut.

Directed by: Eduardo Khawam

Sponsored by: KGAY Radio, METV Radio, John P. Monahan
